Summer = vacation… which probably means taking in more calories and doing less exercise than normal. Hey, it’s fine, it’s vacation after all, you should do what you want! For some, vacation means a few extra pounds and the truth is, there is nothing wrong with that; but for others, a few extra pounds isn’t acceptable, even on vacation. If you’re in the latter category, you need to arm yourself with a good, travel workout routine.
So why use a no-equipment routine? When you go on vacation, you might have more control over your workout environment. You have the option of selecting your hotel or rental based on the fitness amenities available. But travel doesn’t always equal vacation, if you’re traveling on someone else’s dime, say for work, you may not have the luxury of picking your location, let alone your amenities. This is when a no-equipment routine is ideal; you won’t have the excuse of skipping your workout when you don’t have an onsite gym.
