My mouth is watering over this grilled cheese with scrambled eggs and pesto breakfast sandwich, and don’t let the “breakfast” part fool you, it’s perfect at any time. My early-20-something self would’ve loved this at 3am after the bar/club closed for the night! (Now I’m scared to eat after 8pm but that’s a whole different blog post. Ahh, growing up.)
Tieghan at halfbakedharvest.com showed off her skills and the results are delectable. Her sandwich includes “Soft scrambled eggs, fontina cheese, and basil pesto all sandwiched together between two slices of sourdough bread, then pan cooked and finished off with a drizzle of sweet honey.”
