Healthy Dessert Recipe: Baked Vanilla Yogurt With Hibiscus Poached Pears

  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup milk powder
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers (or contents of 2 hibiscus tea bags)
  • 2 star anise
  • 5 cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 cloves
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • orange peel
  • 1/2 cup of wine
  • 6 small or medium sized pears
