Did you know that the original toothbrush design included bristles from a pig’s cheek and neck? Gross. Fortunately, in time, manufacturers create a synthetic replacement which we still use today. And before the pig bristles? Twigs! People actually used sticks to clean off their not-so-pearly whites. Thank goodness someone came up with the modern-day version.
