Maestro concentrates on Leonard Bernstein’s complicated relationship with his wife, Felicia Montealegre (Mulligan), which wasn’t always easy given the time period and Bernstein’s fluid sexuality. They loved and supported one another despite their problems and raised three children together. Directed by Bradley Cooper, the film will be released in select theaters on November 22nd, followed by a wider release in December.
