There was a time in my life where I would only eat grilled cheese and chicken tenders. Granted, I was four but still. My love of a good fried chicken meal (breast, wing, tender, nuggets, sandwich…) started young and I’ve never grown out of it. Back then I didn’t care how the dish was made, I just wanted it breaded and fried.

There are days when I still want a greasy, fried Chicken McNuggget dipped in sweet and sour sauce… mmmm. Unfortunately, the older I get, the more I seem to ‘pay later’ for eating (really great!) junk food. To keep myself from feeling sluggish or sick, I prefer my tenders grilled or broiled (even baked), rather than fried. Don’t be mad, if you are still able to enjoy all the grease without any of the after-effects, get your ass to McDonalds and stop reading this post!
