The 3,000 square foot home was built as an actual water tower for a train station that used to exist. The tower provided water specifically for the trains so when the station was demolished, the tower had no use. Fortunately, two owners took on the original renovation and later, current co-owner Scott Ostlund and partners turned the home into what it is today.
