Bacon is delicious no matter how you cook it… still, you’re probably doing it wrong!
Almost everything is made better with bacon and it can be prepared in so many different ways. Fry it up in a pan, toss it in the oven, or cook it in the microwave if you dare. No matter which method you use there is always room for improvement!
If you use a pan, choose a cast-iron skillet and never throw cold bacon into a hot pan. If you’re more of a oven-cooking fan, stop using the wire rack, or if you do, use paper towels to avoid setting off smoke detectors. And for those of you (and I don’t understand you) who cook bacon in the microwave, use a bowl instead of a plate.
