There is nothing better than Eggslut’s Fried Egg Sandwiches… unless you’re making one in your pjs at home!
Fried Egg Sandwiches are my weakness! In fact, when I’m in Los Angeles, I visit the infamous Eggslut eatery as often as possible. Sooo what am I supposed to do when I’m not in California and back on the East Coast?! How will I satisfy my Eggslut cravings then?! By using Claire Thomas’s Fried Egg Sandwich recipe, that’s how!

Thomas, who is also a massive fan of Eggslut, doesn’t always have time for their well-known, long lines. So instead, she opts to make her own version of her favorite breakfast sandwich at home. Her Crave-Worthy Egg Sandwich takes about 20 minutes to prepare and the recipe yields 1 serving… so double up if you’re cooking for two (or if you’re just really, friggin hungry!).
