I love a good cover song. Especially when two talented artists take on one of my all-time favorites.

Back in 2019, YUNGBLUD and Halsey sat down for Like a Version, the live cover segment on Australia’s triple j radio station, and performed Death Cab for Cutie’s “I Will Follow You Into the Dark.” The original track is already haunting and heartbreaking, but hearing these two pour their voices into it adds a whole new layer of raw emotion.

It’s stripped down, messy in the best way, and completely worth the watch.
