BRATS: Look Back at The Brat Pack With a New Documentary

I was obsessed with the Brat Pack—that iconic group of actors from the 1980s who defined a generation. I was a little young during the height of their fame, so, admittedly I discovered their movies late. But my teen years were filled with nights watching The Breakfast Club, St. Elmo’s Fire, and Sixteen Candles.

So, imagine my excitement when I heard about the new documentary BRATS from brat-packer Andrew McCarthy. The documentary offers a backstage pass into the lives and careers of the stars who became household names overnight. From what I’ve seen, BRATS uses candid interviews and behind-the-scenes footage to reveal what it was really like to be part of Hollywood’s most famous clique.

BRATS includes interviews with director Andrew McCarthy, Rob Lowe, Demi Moore, Ally Sheedy, Emilio Estevez, and more. Watch the Hulu trailer below and mark your calendars for June 13th!

In the 1980s, everybody wanted to be in the Brat Pack. Except them. Director Andrew McCarthy reunites with Demi Moore, Rob Lowe, Emilio Estevez, Ally Sheedy, and more for the original documentary “BRATS” streaming June 13, only on Hulu.
