I adore MTV’s The Challenge and all of its spinoffs. I’m also a big fan of Jake Johnson and Gareth Reynolds’ podcast We’re Here to Help. So when Challenge vet Johnny Bananas joined Johnson and Reynolds to reveal an unaired ketchup-filled scene from the reality series, I might have squealed (didn’t I say I was a huge fan?!).

In the latest episode of We’re Here to Help, the group tries to help a future Jeopardy! contestant come up with a memorable, TV-worthy introduction (note: it doesn’t have to be the truth!). When Bananas recalls an unaired scene from The Challenge involving a yoga ball, CT (Chris Tamburello), and Jemmye Carroll’s severe ketchup phobia, they find the perfect intro.
