Back in 2015, Taylor Swift was rocking her 1989 World Tour across the United States, and on August 24th, she pulled off one of her classic surprise moments at the Los Angeles Staples Center. Out came none other than Natalie Maines of The Chicks! As if that wasn’t epic enough, the two of them treated the audience to a foot-stomping rendition of one of my all-time favorite country songs, Goodbye Earl (and yes, it’s totally my go-to karaoke song!).

I loved seeing Taylor, who started her career in country music, so hyped to sing one of The Chicks’ iconic tunes alongside a country music legend like Natalie Maines. It was a perfect blend of past and present country vibes! Check out the fan-recorded video below and enjoy the magic.
